The Key Theory Strategy
Getting Started
Project Assessment
In order to get started you will be asked some questions about your advertising needs and goals or business growth project.
ex. Who is your target audience?; Are there any time requirements? What functionality does your project require?
Plan Project Strategy
Once we develop your advertising goals and needs, a Key Strategy will begin. This will include all project deliverables, timelines, site-maps, story-boards and any other plans or items associated with the project.
Get Started on My Project with Key Theory
Common Steps in Our Process
Creative Brief: A one-page document that outlines the strategic direction for creative development, covering the specific task at hand, the communication objectives and strategy, and any elements that the executions must contain.
Timeline: A chart giving key dates and milestones to promote progress and ensure critical deadlines are met will be generated and provided to you for approval.
Flowchart: (for interactivity) A flow chart will be defined for approval. A flowchart typically outlines the functionality of how something will function such as a web application. All the different elements would be outlined to ensure the process is approved before development begins.
Storyboard: (video / motion graphics) A series of panels roughly depicting scenes, copy, and shots proposed for a your project will be created for approval. The storyboard gives a good idea of our concept for a commercial, before extensive production charges are incurred.
Development Link: A web-link to secure client login on keytheory.com which will allow you to see your project being developed, access logged hours or review the project for revisions.
Revisions: We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your project. You will be given the option to make revisions to the project during each critical part of the project's development. Revisions generally should stay in scope of the original project outline.
Development: This is the process of when we take the creative ideas and actually start creating the project itself. The development link serves as a great way to monitor this process.
Accuracy Check: After the project is complete we will review the project for accuracy (performance, spelling etc...) It is always good measure to double check the work for accuracy.
Launch: Once your project is approved it will be launched or put on the world wide web.
